Join our Food Pantry team as a volunteer by filling out this FORM or visit the Food Pantry Monday - Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. All support, abilities, and skill levels are welcome and encouraged to join! Volunteers will have the opportunity to build new skills, take part in diverse trainings, and build connections with other volunteers and staff members.
The Food Pantry collaborates with various departments, organizations, and groups such as the People's Garden to facilitate workshops and other educational events. Our team is well-trained, certified, and educated in Food Safety, Mental Health First Aid, Bystander Intervention, Queer 101, and many more areas. We continuously seek out more opportunities to become educated and aware, so if there's areas you think we would benefit from, let us know!

Read More!Our two main goals are to provide culturally relevant, nutritious, locally sourced food, and a space where students are cared for, welcomed, and included . We believe that food is an important way for students to feel a sense of belonging, to connect with one another and the land, and to provide opportunities for learning and growth. We strive to include nutrient-dense items such as:
- Fresh produce and herbs (from the People’s Garden and community partners)
- Frozen foods (vegetables)
- Perishables (milk, bread, yogurt, eggs)
- Non-perishables (beans, pasta, rice, tuna, flour)
- Spices
- Condiments
- Oil
- Hygiene products
